It's no secret: in general golfers are offhand about improving their fitness for better results on the course. That said, hopefully you have made a little mental note over the last few weeks, and have understood how big an impact fitness can make on your game.

As a final thought on the matter, I have provided below an example of how strength comes into play from right at the beginning - addressing the ball - all the way to the follow through. It's amazing we do as well as we do without more attention to exercise, but just think of the result if we were tighter, stronger and more agile.
