ADD FLEXIBILITY, ADD DISTANCE
It's a fact: greater amounts of force can be produced when your muscle is pre-stretched before performing the activity demanded of it. When your muscle is flexible, it creates an elastic recoil that applies additional force for a more powerful contraction.

To put this into golfing terms, a golfer must be able to generate near maximum power a certain number of times through the round. Without flexible muscles, generating this maximum power every time cannot be achieved.

I know the term 'flexibility' sounds uninspiring, but it is one of the most important aspects of a successful golf swing. The more flexible you are as a golfer, the better you will be able to pivot your hips and shoulders to hit the ball further and straighter.

You have to prepare your muscles for a round of golf. Finding a good flexibility exercise for golf swings will go a long way in improving your game and lowering your scores. To see my 'More Headspeed' warm-up routine, click here.
